Service Guarantee Terms and Conditions
RefundRefund includes your plan’s monthly service charge and the fee to switch to another long distance provider. Refund will not include charges for taxes, carrier cost recovery fee, USF compliance or administrative fee, long distance usage, international usage, directory assistance or operator-assisted calls, or payphone calls to your phone. Satisfaction guarantee for Affinity4’s Long Distance Service may only be exercised once per year.
